As many of you know, each year during this season of giving thanks, it is our tradition to offer a donation to an organization whose purpose is to help others. The following are some of the donations we have made in years past.
- The American Cancer Society
- Heifer International
- Susan G. Komen 3-Day, 60-mile walk
- Hookstown Holidays in Warren Pa.
- The Hispanic Federation and The American Red Cross relief organizations for the rebuilding of communities after hurricanes Harvey, Florence, Michael, Maria, and Irma.
We offer these donations each year in appreciation of you, our clients; for your business and for allowing us the privilege of working with you to help you reach your financial goals. This year we have chosen to donate to The Nature Conservancy’s Plant a Billion Trees campaign. This campaign is a “major forest restoration effort with a goal of planting a billions trees across the planet. Trees provide so many benefits to our everyday lives. They filter clean air, provide fresh drinking water, help curb climate change, and create homes for thousands of species of plants and animals. Planting a Billion Trees can help save the Earth from deforestation.”
We cannot think of a better way to say thank you than to contribute to the efforts of this organization. In the profound words of author Nelson Henderson, “The true meaning of life is to plant trees, under whose shade you do not expect to sit.”

We understand investing is more than just a numbers game. There’s emotion involved, as well. People assign different values to money and have had different experiences with investing. The “best investments” for one person aren’t necessarily the best for everyone.
When we first get to know each other, we’ll ask you a lot of questions so that we can learn about you as a person, and then we’ll tailor your portfolio accordingly. Out of these conversations, we create an Action Plan for each client which includes our recommendations and puts together step for establishing – then achieving – your personal financial goals.

One thing you’ll notice about our firm is that we’re friendly. Down to earth. Good listeners. We’ve been in the business a long time and seen different market cycles – both good and bad! We have perspective that can help keep you on an even keel through the market’s ups and downs.
We accept new clients that are seriously interested in getting on track with their investment goals. Our approach is to grow with our clients, and so we do not have investment minimums that require clients to have a large amount of investable assets to get started.
